I have a bad download or other problem with this content.  When I attempt to run the exe program, I get a message:
DA2_Legacy.exe is not a vaild Win32 application.

It won't run?  What should I do?

Well.. posting in the right support forum would help. This one is for demo.

Granted if you're on demo, you likely can't access the DLC anyways.

Other than that, try downloading again and see if it gives the same.

Have you tried, after downloading it, to right click the .exe file and run as an administrator or compatibility mode? Bazedragon has a point about possibly redownloading and re-running the application. Make sure you clear your browser cache and delete the first download as well.
