I would say Liara is the "best" right now since it has had the most time dedicated to it. It's quanity makes up for it's quality.

My favorite is Miranda and Ashley though.

LotSB if you romanced Liara just pays so much off and makes it deeper there AND IS QUALITY, not just quantity. Definitely made me reaffirm that LI. Even tho I fell for Miranda eventually in another playthrough =D But Liara remains my fav.

I've seen Garrus's it's touching and most humorous at the same time. I really want to bromance that turian!
