I'm expecting some to dress in drag and do the hula.
What do you think Orlesians should dress like?

What DrunkDeadmen and Cyne linked is very good in my opinion. Though bioware had some troubles with different armors/clothing in past games, i hope they improved it, as they improved character models.
Though i think those long robes from time of Louis 14th of France would sure gives graphics department of Bioware some trouble. Hopefully they take their time and deliver something great and new.

How Orlesians SHOULD dress and how they do dress are completely different things...

I want to play as an Orlesian noblewoman with a giant froofy dress. I won't wear any dress that isn't absolutely festooned with ruffles. :3

Isn't this already pretty fixed? As it was said before, Leliana already explained how Orlesians dress like, DrunkDeadman and Cyne are pretty close to what she said.I'm still curious about the men though.Hopefully some of them look like Sir Roderick Ponce Von Fontlebottom the Magnificent Bastard.

I imagine it's a bit like the clothes we've seen in DA:O and DA2... but severely embellished and brightly colored.
I also picture feathers. Lots and lots of feathers. I'm not really sure why.

Poor poor pidgeons. Orlesians and Shale are just too much for them.

Well, I seem to recall reading about wearing masks (google image for 'masquerade'). So that might be the level of flamboyance they have in mind for the nobles. And it might be fitting, given the duplicity and sense of privilege that you might encounter in Val Royeaux. I would think the military units and commoners would look less dramatic than the nobles.
