I don't think I know the characters well enough to choose their song, but I can definately pick songs to sort of describe the mood between the two love interests.   
Anyway:

Shepard to Liara if he stayed faithful  Liara's response
Sheperds initial visit to illuim
If Shep or Liara(feron) was unfaithful/breaking up this is almost perfect
After the events of LOTSB in Shepard's quarters, this.

Tali is eating among the crew they whisper back and forth about her relationship with Shepard.  "She can get sick." "She can Die"  "Their crazy"  "She won't be able to give him any kids."  "Everyone knows he's really in love with Liara."  Tali's head drops.  Shepard walks in and clears the deck. EDI 71 on my playlist

Kelly and Shepard step things up I imagine this.

ehh I don't know if this is close enough to what the op want, but when to think up "our song" for the couples is too hard for me.  Normally it's a memorable night or experience that factors into it choosing it and it doesn't have to necessarily be a romantic one.  But when you go that route and open up to all the other genres and multiude of songs that could fit, if it doesn't just pop into your mind you'll be searching forever.

I just I think I don't know em well enough for that.
