I can think of several songs that I would associate with Miranda:

Abba - Head over Heels,  - it's about 'a leading lady' and 'her man is courageous and constantly tired'

I always considered M4 Part II by Faunts to describe (a very depressed) Liara between ME1 and ME2, when she saves Shepard's body (and his life):

I love how the trilogy play around their relationship. How Shepard becoming emotionally fragile around him and if you play it right, she can be very cautious about her true feelings to a point that she is needy for him.
