After the post-coronation scene I have normally exited the room which triggers the final epilogue. On this play-though however, it just cuts straight to the credits - no epilogue at all.
Any ideas?

First, please see the Read First post pinned to the top of this forum. That information makes it much easier to track down your problem.
Second, if it was working before, clearly something has changed since the last time you played. Once in a while, the ending doesn't trigger. Have you tried reloading and re-trying? Any mods installed? Any system changes (including driver changes)?

Right... at 1am it is easy to miss that thread.
Reloading the same play-through has had no effect
Tried reloading the same scene for a character I finished a while ago - in that instance the texture files for Shale were replaced with a somewhat distorted set for Caridin.
Following mods are installed:
- tal_sorage_chest
- Stamina Potion Recipie Mod v1.0
- Ancient Boots
- Lock Bash
- Companion Compatability Core
Installed DLC:
- Wardens Keep
- Blood Dragon Armor
- Collectors Edition
- Stone Prisoner
- Golem's Might
- Witch Hunt
- DA: Awakening
- Return to Ostagar
- Feastday Gifts/Pranks
- Darkspawn Chronicles
- Blightblood
- Witchcraft
- Leliana's Song
- Battledress of the Provocateur
- Golems of Amgarrak
Force loading with all mods disabled has no effect.
Same with DLC
No recent changes to software or hardware. New GPUs were installed some time ago (>1 month) but I haven't had any issue until now. Obviously new drivers were installed at the same time. This playthrough was started well after the new cards were installed.
Requested details: i7 930, 12GB DDR3, 2xHD6970 2GB (X-Fire), Catalyst 11.6b, Win7 x64 Ultimate SP1, Realtek HD Audio v6.0.1.6037, dx11
Running Ultimate Edition with 1.04 Patch, EA digital download

Whenever you get an odd bug, particularly a new one, it's always a good idea to uninstall all mods and see if the problem persists. I know the storage chest mod has caused some odd glitches for people before. I've never heard of the companion compatibility mod, nor could I find it on either the BW site or Nexus, but just from the sound of it, I would guess it is touching a lot of files and could be at least partly to blame as well.
Best advice for the moment: uninstall all mods. If the problem goes away (try the character you encountered it on and another character as well just in case the mods damaged your save), re-install the mods one at a time and see which one(s) are causing the problem.

Hey thanks - it worked
All mods reinstalled and working - except companion compatability core which i don't need anymore.
tbh i thought any issue caused by mods would be fixed by disabling them. Learn something new every day
FYI: the companion compatability core is used to allow npc companion mods to be intergrated - it came as part of one of the nexus projects although i can't remember specifically which one. i guess i must have forgotten to remove it after i finished playing with the mod.

Usually, disabling a mod will fix problems, but if the mod has altered plot flags or corrupted a file and that is what is causing the issue, then the problems remain even after the mod is removed.
