I have a few questions if I may. They're bugging me a lot and I wish for some help please.
1) I got Legacy yesterday but I wanted to go through with my sister. Well I'm at the very last quest in Act 3. Can I still finish the game and Legacy be playable after I beat the game. I mean will it still how up in my quest list?
2) If I start a new game do I still need to redownload Exiled Prince? I got the DLC when the game first launched but is it like the Merrill thing where I need to start a new game or completely re-download it?
3) I have heard that you get a very touching scene (or something of the like) with your romance option in Legacy but now I hear word that Fenris's is bugged? Does that still ring true? Also wondering for my brothers, is Isabela's okay or is it just Fenris? (figures it would be my romance T_T)

You can play Legacy any time, even post-game. A large griffin statue will appear in the library of the Hawke mansion, which will allow you to start it any time you want. Alternately, if you were starting Legacy before you make it to the mansion, it appears in Gamlen's house.
No need to re-download Exiled Prince, nor do you need to restart your game. Just play it whenever you want. Literally. I wouldn't recommend trying it on a low-level character, though. I played the first time through as a level 13 rogue, and failed the boss fight repeatedly.
The Fenris LI banter is still bugged, as of right now. I don't know about a touching scene with the LI (didn't really happen to me), but in my second Legacy playthrough, I did get a nice visit from mother at the very end (in the form of a vision, of course). If you romanced Anders, he says some pretty sweet things if you take him along.
Just try it - I bet you'll want to play it a few different times anyway. It's that good!

So I can pretty much keep it in my journal through the whole game and play it post-game?
Oh, so when I start a new game then the achievements for Exiled Prince will start and I don't need to
reinstall it?
Gah, I hope they fix Fenris soon. T_T Interesting about Anders but I don't think I'll ever romance him. ^^;

Yep, exactly.
Now that I'm thinking about it, I DO seem to remember having to re-download The Exiled Prince at some point for a patch. You got it around the original release time? My recommendation would be to uninstall, re-download, and reinstall The Exiled Prince, just to be safe.

I did give Anders another chance in my 7th or 8th playthrough, and found that I enjoyed it quite a bit more than I did the first time. I guess you never know. I'm up to 10 playthroughs now, and Fenris has been my LI about 1/2 of the time. (I love you, Gideon Emery).
