The first seal - located in Corypheus's Prison - Sashamiri's Floor - gives:
Electricity Damage: +X electricity damage
Nature Damage: +X nature damage
Fire Damage: +X fire damage
Cold Damage: +X cold damage
The second seal gives:
Armour Penetration: Attacks ignore enemy armor
Mana/Stamina Drain: X% chance to regenerate Y% Mana/Stamina
Health Drain: X% chance to regenerate Y% health
Attack Speed: +X% attack speed
The third seal gives:
Stun Chance: X% chance to stun
Speed Reduction: X% chance to reduce enemy movement and attack speed
Critical Chance: X% critical chance
Critical Damage: X% critical damage
Which ones should I choose? (By the way, which is better/cooler, fire or electricity damage?)

The +dmg is pretty arbitrary. You face a lot of darkspawn in Legacy so nature damage is probably the best choice, but it won't make much difference either way. The second choice is an absolute no-brainer for anyone not a mage; armor pen is so far beyond any other benefit it's just sad. It's absolutely useless for a mage, though, so I'd go with "chance to regen" whichever you're casting from (health if you're a bloodmage, mana otherwise). It's not great but the miniscule speed bonus is worse. Third seal, again, the numbers on the chance/damage increases are so low they're not really worth it, so I'd go with stun chance. A rogue might prefer the crit damage boost though.
Carver and Bethany, if alive, will always be available to you during the DLC and will converse with you at the end. If everyone's dead you get Gamlen.

So if I play during Act 3, but haven't gotten to the final battle against Mereidth yet, and Carver was made a Warden in Act 1, he will still be available?

I got a problem.
I bought Dragon age 2 Legacy DLC. And I have installed it and my game is also patched to 1.03.
Now it just happens that Legacy does appear in the DLC list at the menu. But I cannot start it nowhere. in-game. ( I know I have to start it at the memento in my house but it isn't there )
anyone can help ? Thanks.

That is an incerdibly dumb-looking sword. How heavy would that thing be?xkg wrote...
2H SWORD
Wow. I thought Hayder's Razor looked absurd, but this is vastly worse.

He's available. He's magically and inexplicably available in a way that makes zero sense within DA2's broader narrative.JFarr74 wrote...
If Carver is still not available to be in your party in the game, like he was made a Warden, where will he be during Legacy?
You can take Carver with you in Legacy even if you do it right at the start of Act II when you haven't seen Carver in years. And then, suddenly, there he is.

My personal theory is that the weapon is either completely or partially hollow, with some parts being filled with a cement core if just partially.Sylvius the Mad wrote...

I was surprised that my Hawke's attack speed didn't revert to the 2H attack speed of Origins actually...
On a more serious note; none of the Hawke body models look like they're capable of safely wielding swords close to this, and many of the 2H weapons. Their abdominal structures seem like they could stand to be...bulkier. :/
