 So I downloaded and installed Arrival, but the mission won't start in my private terminal. I know you have to be at a point after Horizon, and I am, but none of my files have access to the mission. I even tried uninstalling it twice, but nothing. I have a UK version and I'm pretty sure the DLC is as well, since I downloaded it from here. However I have an American PS3 and PSN account. Do I need to start a European account?
