Windows 7 is not enough information to give us an idea of where to start troubleshooting your problem. Read the "How to erport a problem" thread that is stickied at the top of the forum, and post a problem reoprt in accordance with the instructions provided.
System specs, driver versions, windows game and directx versions are all required.

You don't meet the system requirements (Intel HD is not a supported graphics solution). If it always happens at the same cutscene it could be a corrupt file so reinstalling the game may fix it but your hardware is far below the requirement so that could also be the cause.

As Fred mentioned, the Intel graphics chip is far below minimum spec to run the game. That said, there are some people who have managed to get it working, with minimal graphics settings and low frame rates, in this thread.

Please note that if you follow their advice and do get it working, we will still not support you for game crash and graphical errors due to the chipset, and that you will also risk burning your chipset out and causing permanent damage to it by forcing it to run at high temperatures while playing the game and rendering the graphics.

Ok thanks for all of your advice, and in short I am screwed if I don't want to risk permanent damage to my computer.

Avoid marathon gaming sessions, and you should be ok. Play for an hour, two at the most, then stop and give your machine a breather.
It all comes down to the individual chipsets in the end. Some are more robust than others, which is why 2 different CPUs of the same make and model get different results when overclocked.

Since you didn't choose a game-capable PC when shopping, you may be totally out of luck if you bought a laptop that came with nothing better than Intel's crap in it.  If it's a normal desktop PC in a normal size and shape case, you can get a wide variety of graphics cards upgrades in a wide variety of qualities, from barely able to play games for about $35, to some nice beginners' budget choices in the $50-$60 range (sometime better still, after rebates), as well as full- strength Mainline Gamers' cards priced around $85 to $100.  Most all of those will be happy with stock power supply installations.

Moving into the upper half of the Mainline Gaming Level, the upgrades will require new power supplies, as will High End upgrade choices.

Abnormally shaped desktop cases (so-called "slimline" models) add complications of various sorts to the upgrade situation.

Followed the thread in the link and it worked once..... once out of about 5 tries to get past the cut-scene.  It worked, just not that well.  Thanks again.
