Consider that there was a massive push to make her romanceable after ME1, and she was the most boring squadmate in that game. She was a walking codex entry until Mass Effect 2.

I went for Tali and Miranda.

All the "dem hips" comments suggest that appearance plays a role in people's attraction to Tali. Likewise, "dat camel-toe" influences how people about Miranda. I like both entirely idependent of their appearance, but I like their appearance as well. Miranda being frakking gorgeous certainly makes me like her more.

they changed how Ashley and Kaidan look for ME3, they can do whatever they want with Tali for ME3, and even if they show her face it doesn't mean she will have the same face in ME4, but I do wish that Bioware shows her face in ME3, even if it gets changed later

Why should it matter if shes ugly everyone who romanced her did it without knowing what she looked like and since many people didnt mind ramancing the likes of garrus and thane i would think she would have to be terribly ugly to turn fans away

Tali will probably end up looking like Merrill v2.0 which will lead to much "squee" throughout the galaxy.  Personally I like Tali, not majorly but I do like the character.  If Bioware decide to show us what Tali looks like (and I hope they have done) then I will be just fine with whatever appearance they have decided upon.

You will however always get those that will end up being disappointed for one reason or another and will call it  the "Great Bioware Betrayal and Travesty of 6th March 2012 the day the World really did end".

I don't think Bioware can really screw up Tali's appearence.

I mean you can see her face partially at least and for the most part it's pretty human looking. Maybe she has fang teeth or quarian freckles but it'd really take some effort for her to look hideous. The only problem will be folks who have made-up their own ideas for what Quarians look like and or the fanboys who picture Tali having some supermodel's face. (Which she'll probably have anyways.)

No actually. I didn't even notice "dem hips" untill I started liking her. Back on topic, I'd be happy with anything BW comes up with. But if they are going to screw up her face, they might as well keep the mask on cos not all fans would be like me.
