They haven't actually said they will show her face anyway. The idea of showing a different Quarian face like what Eduadinho suggested would be a funny workaround.

But for it wouldn't matter much what she looks like, to me. It's not her face that drew me to Tali. I actually enjoyed learning about the Quarians in ME1, and her enthusiasm rubbed off on me.

So, even though it won't matter to me what her face is like, I sincerely doubt that -if- they do show her face it won't be screwed up. People with Femsheps seem to like Garrus quite a bit, he's not exactly human looking.

I'm not a fan of Tali for whatever reason. I romanced both Jack and Garrus and still haven't gotten around to Tali. heck I like Jack for a romance but then I'm into the bad girls that are friggen crazy. my Ex's can prove that.

Frankly I just want to be able to see her face, mostly due to never knowing would be maddening (i hate it when things in games, movies, or book are never explain and having to deal with never finding out about it.)

As to what her face actually looks like, I will probably be fine with however it looks. Tali is one of my favorite characters because I like her personality and her role in the story, and my main Shepard romanced her due to these factors. To me I will continue liking the character no mater what her appearance is, since the main reasons I like the character have nothing to do with the appearance.

They're bound to, why? Because every tali fan has their own vision of what Tali looks like and well, they can't please everyone. I'm still very curious as to what Quarians look like, but I'd rather they not show her face, unless it's some emotional scene. Either way, there's going to be rage on the forums - showing her face = rage, not showing her face = rage, etc.

Uhh no. I went for Ashley because of her personality. Just because people romance Ashley and Miranda doesn't mean they do it for their looks.

On a more serious note, I trust the developer's decision either way. If they choose not to show her face, that's fine with me. If they do, that's also fine with me. She'd probably be 'hot' anyway, if you look at the decision from the developer's point of view. I doubt they'd okay a design that would tick everyone off. They'd probably try to design her to be attractive, because that would probably please the largest ammount of people.  And I'd think an artist tasked with designing Tali's appearance would want to create something special, themselves.

In short, I doubt they'd screw it up.

It doesn't matter too much to me though either way. Her potential appearance isn't what drew me to the character. I like Tali for her spunky personality, intelligence and for her inherent family-centered/dutybound morals. Obviously if she looked like Cthulu I'd be upset, (or at least I'd replay the scene with a Metallica album playing for lolz) but we can already tell that her facial features are mostly humaniod. We can see 2 glowy eyes and a silhouette of a human-like nose.

Also, the Bioware devs went from having difficult discussions over Tali's appearance to knowing exactly what they were going to do. My guess is, one of their artists did something amazing and the team knew hands down that it was going to work.
