Hey, guys. I beat ME1 when it first came out in 2007, and beat ME2 when it came out last year. With the announcement of choices making real differences in ME3 I decided to play through ME1&2 again (and pick up some achievements along the way) and save it for when ME3 comes out. I just finished playing through ME1 on Hardcore and got the achievement for hardcore, but not the achievement for second play through (long service medal). Is it bugged out for me, or what?

I've made a new gamertag not to long ago and played through ME since I want a level 60 man and femshep to import. Yesterday I finished my second playthough of ME without getting the long service medal. I tried just replaying the ending but that didn't work.
