What race to play as? In some kind of "Mass Effect Universe" type game? Maybe Asari or Quarian (expanding on their abilities would be nice) but all species have some kind of interesting trait that would add to gameplay. Not Yahg. They can't leave their homeworld. Humans can be a choice but it would be my last as I played as one in the mass effect trilogy.

And geth shouldn't be an option because all geth possess no differences and "think" the same. and they couldn't be customized in appearance towards the player's preference.

I first thought Asari, but really, it's hard to choose. If Drell females looked as cool as the males in a more feminine way, perhaps sort of like this, then I'd consider them. But Quarians would be hard to pass up. Everybody likes the suits--they're mysterious.

If this were an MMO set in the ME universe, though, I'd avoid it for the same reason. Some Tali fans scare me.

Turian or Asari would be the most interesting to me. Regardless, the main thing I want to do in ME4, or whatever they call the next game in the series, is to be able to play as a different race.

When I first started playing ME, I hated that I was stuck being human (I got used to it later).
I loved Tali and wanted to play a female Quarian. I was all over the Quarians hahah.
