Not that I didn't like DA's squad banter, but I hope there can be more character interaction than just stopping what you're doing to hear a random chat while walking around town.

Maybe give some characters a quick cutscene together? Or something like walking into the mess hall to find Tali and Garrus already talking, or see Chakwas actually fixing up someone, sort of thing.

Good, more banter is good.

I hope some of it is comical.  I know what is going on is serious, but you have to laugh too or you will go crazy.

TIM only paid him for the SM, everything else came out of sheps pockets...and this is why you were alwasy broke in ME2.

I miss party banter. Even if it only was in the loading elevator it added to the story and the characters. Those stupid view points were lame and only on very few occasions would someone else make a comment on what the intended character was talking about.

ME2 had banter among the SR-2 crew--it'd be pretty fun if the squadmates would occasionally pop out of their hidey holes and interact with each other or with EDI and the crew, too.

I enjoyed the party banter as it gave us some insight into how the characters feel about whatever you're doing and gave us a reason to take other ppl along just to hear what they say. ME2 was limited in the conversation options available and I'm looking forward to the improved version in ME3

Party banter is one of those things that may seem like a small detail but makes a WORLD of difference for me. ME2 had some party banter, but they were more like easter eggs, you had to have the exact right party members with you at the exact right time for them to interact. I love any game where the supporting characters interact with and form relationships with each other, not just the protagonist. It really helps with immersion.
