Joker and EDI, while technically not squad mates I have no vested interest in the others ones surviving. Once all is said and done if Shepard survives the only thing I would want to do if alive still is take the ship and the pilot both who make me laugh and fly away out galaxy as far away from arrogant alliance, fanatical cerberus and never have to deal with them again. Maybe just settle down on peacefull planet or even just fly off and go where no man has gone before... dum dum dum.. <que trek music>

If i can then Wrex and Garrus (just to be different).

If i can't have Wrex then Kaiden on my playthroughs with him alive, on the other playthroughs probably tali.

Garrus aanndd....someone. My second favorite is Kasumi, but I doubt she'll be a squaddie. So I'll be running a very exclusive sidekick tryout contest. We're calling it "Who wants to be the third wheel?"

Likely candidates are Liara, Ashley or Tali. But possibly Jacob or Vega.
