So my Carver became a warden but when he came back to me I didn't let him join my party. Now when I play legacy his dialogue is played but he is missing from the cut scenes. Is this inteded?

I'm getting that too. Anyone know if this will prevent me from completing the expansion?

The answer is "yes", by the way. I got a couple more visits by ghost Carver, but everything played out fine.
Also, Anders was available as a party member in the DLC, even though he had left my party at the end of the game. The others who were gone stayed gone, and those who stayed where present.

I detest bugs like these, ruins the immersion

I had a (much more minor) issue with Carver in legacy - Anders was asking my Hawke if she'd heard from Carver at all in the wardens - while Carver is standing right next to them...

dynastyhan, did you use a cheat so the "wrong" sibling died? That would do that.

I used Carver in Legacy and replaced his Seeker of the Gray with a different sword. I got to the act where Carver comes back to join his brother and he no longer had the sword I gave him. Instead, he has another Seeker of the Gray. This was quite disappointing as the sword I gave him was a better weapon. I am disappointed the game deleted the weapon I gave him during the Legacy DLC when he rejoined me later on. Carver also acted as if the DLC hadn't happened. Continuity is disjointed. Things like this should be picked apart by QA to ensure quality is assured.
