So while watching the The 3-Way video by the Lonely Island a thought occurred. Unlike in BioWare's other Current game series, Dragon Age, the protagonist (Shepard) doesn't participate in a Threesome/Foursome like the Warden or Hawke on Dragon Age.
Would you support the inclusion of something like that or not?

Wouldn't necessarily be opposed to the optional content but not entirely trusting that will come about in a mature way that makes sense for the stories and relationships (which could probably be done). Rather it would probably be some sort of exploitive attempt at pandering to juvenile fantasy. So no.

No. It worked in Dragon Age. It was handled pretty maturely. It's also a completely different story with completly different time frames and characters, not to mention sex was pretty prevalent in the game from the get go. It's a fantasy story.
It could work in Mass Effect but I'm skeptical as to how it would be implemented...
