They just could delay it because there will be loot to do now:
TOR
Batman: Arkham City
Battlefield 3
Bioshock: Infinite
and few other games. Sorry but I think that ME 3 don't stand a chance here. ME is nice game but not that nice that I would put it above everything else. It can end up like ME 2. I got it for free with DA II that I got for half a price and i just bought DLC for something like 15-16$.
But I hope they just don't lock it up and they really working on ME 3 right now.

Oh I'm sorry and YOU DO have a pass? So you clearly know they aren't doing any of that... and if you follow tweets at all you'll know VO's aren't at all done. Ack I don't know obviously everything but it's not FINISHED as in they could ship it out in a month if they wanted to is all I'm saying...
Whatever dude, it doesn't matter, we all can believe what we want, it's coming our March 6th, believe they're making fairy dust in the meantime or they genuinly are working on it now, believe what BioWare says or not... useless to debate.

No. We just know how to read twitter and watch videos and read articles and this forum, all of which contain dev comments about them still building levels, writing specs for new features, writing dialogue, scheduling VO sessions....

If I had to hazard a guess, I imagine that because Bioware and EA will most likely be releasing TOR around that same time, in order not to HAVE to compete with their own product, EA probably allowed additional time to perfect ME3.
That's probably the magical word for developers these days, and Bioware probably jumped at the offer to have more time to fine-tune their trilogy's end.

I remain highly skeptical. Ever since EA joined in, I've been second-guessing everything.
