I have always said that one of the reasons that Ashley freaked out on Horizon may have been that she was baby's momma. Shep may start off ME3 with a 15 month old. Interesting, if it is true.

That would actually add to the plot. It would be an interesting twist, and it would certainly justify her actions on Horizon. (It wasn't as bad as bad all you people make it out to be though, I mean really...)

"Little blue children" if I was Shepard of course I would consider it, but I don't feel it adds to the game's current, happening right now, "ah look reapers" plotline.

That actually sounds quite interesting. It would make for some interesting story and character development.

The one problem I can see with this though is the Miranda fanbase outcry. Miranda is sterile according to the Shadow Broker files. That could generate a backlash from her fanbase if they are going to miss out.

Not that I care about Miranda. Can't stand that character but looking at the bigger picture here.

Oh God I hope Shep doesn't have to fight pregnant....... Maybe in some sort of epilogue or something it could work.
