Hi i just  got back around to having internet and a computer  and am unable to recover my old bioware account/username with all of my mass effect 2 and dragon age dlc EA support wasnt of any help i remeber the username and  the email  wondering if theres anyway i can  get the account back.

P.S i can giv ethe Credit card info as well for  the acct that was used to purchase bioware points if needed

I have had the exact same issue. My account, SpiralJacobs, is unrecoverable, or I don't know how, and it has all my Mass Effect 2 DLC and Dragon Age DLC. How do I link those purchases with this new account, or how do I recover that old account? I would like to buy the Dragon Age 2 Legacy DLC, but I don't want to do it on a new account, unless I can bring all my old content to this account.
Any help would be spectacular.

I'm not sure if this is related to your problems, but I just had an issue where my old pass wouldn't work and EA couldn't send me any emails, meaning the password recovery feature didn't work. I had to talk with them on the phone, verify my account, and get them to change the pass. Apparently, EA is changing the way they manage accounts, and there's some hiccups in the process.

when i talked to EA even though i verified it was my account they said there was nothing they could do on their end which is why i decided to try here.
