Last year I've accidentally lost my Mass Effect 1 & 2 data, since then I got a new computer and decided to play through both from scratch. I've finished the first Mass Effect and am now playing through the second. When i played the game on my old computer, I was able to download a some free DLC like Normandy Crash Site and Zaeed but now I can't seem to find them anywhere. I am still able to connect through Cerberus using my old account but when I click "New Content Available" it directs me to the checkout for the Genocide DLC.
To my knowledge Cerberus was taken offline a few months ago but i read it didn't affect downloads.
So i was wondering how i can download the DLC?
Sorry if i came out a bit of an idiot here. I didn't play ME2 for a while and wasn't really following what was going on with Cerberus.
Can't download from Cerberus

To redownload your content, you can login to the BioWare social site, go to Profile and select Your registered game content.
You should see Download which you will need to click to download that DLC. Once downloaded, run the file and you should be able to install the DLC with no issues.
