I played Legacy with Anders, Varric, Carver just before final quest. So Anders already placed bombs or whatever. When you loot amulet  from Corypheus. Anders says "It is from first Blight! I wonder Is chantry right about another things? I have to work on it."  If I play Legacy "before" Anders place bomb Is there any difference at the end? Is there anybody who try this out?

And when I finished Legacy, there were no conversations with my companions in their bases. Is it because I'm at the final quest, or just there aren't any conversations about DLC.

In one of the stage demos, either Melo or Darrah (senility strikes again!) said the main game is too complex to integrate Legacy events into existing decision or dialogue trees.

So, no, there won't be anything new in DA2 vanilla...other than the loot, of course. You'll probably see some references in future content, though.

Yeah, it's kind of a shame they can't alter the base game at all to reflect happenings in Legacy (in particular if you and your sibling 'made up' during it), but it's not a deal breaker for me.
