Thanks Bioware to make me spend 38 hours game play in Mass effect 2, and my computer reset and I lost all achievement I recover the file but I lost 4 Loyal Mission, thanks alot to have a game without a suport, i restory system only for get the file back, and this happens thanks alot!
next mass effect 3 I gonna buy Jack Sparrow Version because original game dont have any god support!!

Its your computer, and your data. Its your responsibility to back it up to make sure you don't lose it. It has nothing to do with Bioware, it has everything to do with your laziness.

You're gonna download a pirate version of ME3 because your ****ty PC crashed? And now you're directing your complaints to BioWare while they don't read the unofficial support threads? And you expect BioWare to give you better support even if the fault is at either you or the PC but definitely not the game?

Unlike ME1 achievements in ME2 mean nothing, so why all those tears?

mass effect 2 crash all time, I dont lose the save I lost achivment the player1 profile, and all loyality mission Like Thane, Garrus, Liara I lost and I like do all achivments!!! is not a ****ty pc is the game with bad programation,everyone have problems with mass effect 2, I'm done with EA!

Can your PC run this at all? I haven't seen many people with their games crashing a lot... Except if you pirate it.

It crashes a lot on my system. But I blame my graphic card for the "bad crashes" where I have to restart the pc because he doesn't respond anymore. That's also the time where I might loose my achievements, I think it happened two times in 3 (hot) days.
After that I started making backups of my profile file and now I don't have to worry anymore.

Poor spelling, poor grammar, inability to read the "Read First" thread which tells you how to post a proper error report. Lack of registered game under your profile, leads us all to believe you are running a pirate copy, and a crappy PC, and deserve all the crashes you get.

If thats not the case, then;

Do that,and you will get a full apology from me for calling you a pirate, and callnig your PC crappy (unless it actually is crappy).

I buy the game on Steam, I have money, I dont need a bad copy, but this game crash well!! I dont register any game on forum, next time ppl Stolen mine Bad Company 2 Key because I registred on forum for eletronic arts!
