So I've been playing the DA2 game for the 3rd time now, and as I always do, agreed to help Isabela right after I first met her in the Hanged Man Pub.
At night I went to the right place and we fought the thugs. Than my quest progressed and I was to search the bodies of those thugs, for evidence. Their leader's body was gone and none of the other bodies had te evidence. Now Isabela just stands there and I can't complete the quest. What should I do?

Did you rush in? Maybe she thinks you're a fool...

Try reloading the save before the fight and try again - if necessary micromanage to kill the "leader" last.

Did you search the bodies *before* she tells you to search them? You have to wait for her dialogue prompt and then you can commence with the looting, otherwise you won't be able to enter the Chantry.

I did everything like I always do.. I'm almost positive we killed the leader last, but maybe her body got stuck inside a wall or something.. Isabella gave the finishing blow, while I was hitting other thug.
And I kept playing afterwards, hoping it'll get better.. I really don't feel like doing my last 2-3 hours again.. But thank you!

No, the body wasn't there to start with.. All the others were, but had no clues on them.
Nice avi, BTW! <3

We shouldn't have to reload or change our game play just because bioware didnt take the time to fully test the game or even take the time to throw a patch out to help the numerous people that are having problems with. This is straight laziness by bioware and you definitely won't find me buying another bioware product.

This is a place for tech support not to air your grievences about Bioware. If you don't wish to buy their products then don't. But don't waste everyones time by coming on their forum to tell everyone how you won't be buying any. Unfortunately not every single tech problem can be solved by "putting a patch out" there are all sorts of factors to consider why the problem happened and sometimes it's just a random event that happens once. Unless you can repeat a bug over and over e.g. it happens on multiple systems and people testing the game can create the bug and understand it how do you expect a patch to be made for it?

People like you seem to feel you can just snap your fingers and make a patch that fixes any little problem found in a game or on a system.
