I got the newer slim model of the Xbox 360 with only 4GB of memory and when i try to install the DLC, it reads to attach a Hard-Drive to the Xbox and try again.  The thing is that I do have a hard-drive with it and it wont let me install it to a flash drive or the 4GB hard-drive

From your description it sounds like it's the whole 'no hard drive attached' problem which is not specific to the game as far as I know. Basically it's likely to be a hardware issue. I haven't seen any particular solution offered on the forums, though that is not to say there isn't a solution here.

Microsoft's own advice is to remove the hard drive and to reattach. I'm not familiar with the Slim (Arcade?) model and suspect the 4GB is actually flash memory, but see if this is of any help as a starting point.

Having a hard drive will save you a fair bit of hassle in future (if you can afford it of course), certainly if you plan to get dlcs. Though I wonder if any other 4GB Slim owners can verify whether or not it is possible to install the dlc onto the flash memory.

In any case, good luck.

It's possible to install it onto the internal flash memory if you have any room at all to put it there, but not to a USB flash drive (no matter what Xbox support tells you :pinched:).  It won't authorize correctly and neither will content from many other games.

Thanks for that, sami jo. Hopefully that will prove to be of use in the future.

Though ive heard you can also get some added performance out of many games that "Autosave" by making a USB drive your savegames drive.

Well, I had bought a 250 GB hard drive when I got my new slim xbox. Its better to get it early, then to get it late. Or you will be the saddest person on Earth with all the DLC out there.\\

I still have 192 GB left O.O

The 4G drive that comes with it is actually a solid state (flash memory) drive. You can install your DLC to the internal hard drive, just not to USB drives.
