While I enjoyed TW2 immensely, I don't think DA3 should "become another The Witcher." Let it do its own thing. If it wants to take some cues from TW by all means, but DA3 should remain DA3, whatever that may be.
This sums it up nicely. Frankly the biggest cue BioWare should take from CD Projekt (among others) is 'Don't rush the darn game!'

I can understand saying that TW2's Act 3 was bad (something I completely and utterly disagree with), but to compare it to the disaster that is DA2's Act 3? Sounds like overkill to me.
Aye... you can't really compare it. They both fail in act 3 (imo) but TW2 not nearly as miserably as DA2.

The team-base RPG is not as popular as before, because there is almost no team-base RPG seen nowadays. So DA3 should changeI think... or become a sand-box RPG?But whatever it will become,no rush.
Which is the very reason why DA should stay team-based. Seriously, conformism isn't a good thing most of the time.

The only things TW2 has that the Dragon Age series doesn't is fancy graphics and dynamic choices. Graphics are not that important enough for me to demand them as long as the game offers me entertainment in the writing and proper voice acting. DA2's graphics are just fine to me. I would like my choices in the Dragon Age games to matter a bit more, I can't deny that.
BTW just for the record: Nudity and Objectifying humor /=/ A game for the "mature" crowd.

No, no thank you. Those two are what keep me playing Bioware games to begin with.

DA3 should become another DA:O, now that would be a good "innovation".

It is rather peculiar and tears inducing to see DA2 fans, TW2 dislikers, DA2 dislikers and TW2 fans all agreeing on one opinion (for completely different reasons, but still). :')
Between this, and many DA2 dislikers actually liking DA2's first major DLC (and even defending it against a certain website's review), it really is tear inducing...

First two groups are like minority rights activists promoting special learners for public offices though.
The rest of the world ignores them.

BioWare can't make 'another Witcher'. That'd require less laws laid down on the company by their EA overlords.
You know, I can actually agree with this, aka that Bioware can't make a Witcher. Not necessarily because of EA though.
Simply because, imo, Bioware would be stepping outside its comfort zone, in both writing philosophy and overall design.
As such I'd rather play the Witcher and not a cheap imitation, and have Bioware focus on improving what it's good at.
Hopefully making companions that I actually give a damn for (should I want to buy their next installement).

Some deeply storytelling,
Even if I don't love the rushed feeling of DA2's Act 3, the storytelling was indeed deep. If you don't like the story being told, that's your opinion, but that doesn't make the storytelling shallow.
one protagonist ,no companions and no teammates .
Heck no. The companions are a huge reason why many people love Bioware games. If you don't like this feature, maybe these games just aren't your style.
The third person visual is nearly the witcher 2 of course, better with the first person visual if it has.
I would happiest getting back the top down camera, if at all possible, so yeah, um, no.

TW2 and DAO have nothing in common, nothing at all. Also Brent Knowles does not even work at Bioware anymore, get your facts right bud.meteorswarm wrote...
DAO is awesome, the witcher 2 too, maybe I'm wrong. But James Ohlen or Brent Knowles will return DA team from TOR team I really wish so.Mike Laidlaw is so sick.
