I have registered my copy of DAO on XBOX 360 on this website. The Edge is not showing up in my available downloads list. Am I missing a step here?
Also, anyone having issues with the "Caged in Stone" quest in the Royal Palace in Orzammar? I have not triggered the dragon there yet, but the throne is no longer click-able, nor are the pressure plates around the palace activate -able. I wanted to come back when I could actually kill the dragon before I fought it and now I can't get him to pop.

The Edge item will appear for you to download shortly after the 30th. Starting end of day on the 30th we'll be going through all accounts that have registered the game (any platform) and enabling the item for you.
We'll also be sure to post here and update you once the item is available so you know when to expect it waiting next time you log in to the game.
