As for the Dragon in the throne room, you have to complete the quest before you finish the dwarf quest.

Yeah.... Because Bioware actually cares about fixing problems in the game before making a buck. I am already making bets that we end up paying for the patch.

The Edge item will appear for you to download shortly after the 30th. Starting end of day on the 30th we'll be going through all accounts that have registered the game (any platform) and enabling the item for you.



We'll also be sure to post here and update you once the item is available so you know when to expect it waiting next time you log in to the game.

I'm sure the edge would have been a really great item before my story was halted by a game ending quest bug at level 17 and 66 hours into the game.

I'm so glad that DLC is such a priority compared to fixing the problems in game. I have to reset my Elf Rogue because of a companion quest that refuses to trigger.

Fiar, lemme put it this way. I believe that you should make the ****ing core product work without complaints of serious bugs and glitches, before even considering shoveling DLC down our throats.



It makes me sick to know that they finally settled the matter on this instead of admitting to ****ing up on major parts of the code in the core game.



There are no excuses for memory leaks, corrupting saves, broken quests, or stats not doing what they are supposed to do. If they are going to continue selling this ****ty and ****** poor quality excuse of a game, they should be paying us for doing the goddamned testing that is weeding out the rest of the crap problems that get brought up here on a daily basis.

Honestly, I have seriously been considering canceling my Mass Effect preorder if this is the same quality I can expect in that game, especially with the release date being pushed up. I am sick and tired of seeing DLC getting all the limelight when the core game has so many major flaws in it and worse, we are looking at a patch that we have to pay for more than likely.

I registered my game here but I can't tell. There's nothing new or different that I can see about my profile that says I registered it. Then of course my account shows 56 achievements.....which is more than the 360 has although that's the only version I own or care to own. Anyway on to my point....will BioWare be aware of my successful game registration? I hope so.

How do we know if we registered right and are going to get the edge after the 30th? Seems kind of like a catch-22, you only get the edge after the 30th but you have to register BEFORE the 30th to get it. So if you register incorrectly you won't know about it until its too late to do anything about it?

I don't know anything about this "Edge" nor have I gotten any e-mails, but I have registered my copy. Am I safe?

To check to see if your game is registered:



Click "Profile', then 'Register Games' in the menu on the left, under your profile pic. You will see 3 entries, for DA:O PC, Xbox, and PS3.



If, under your chosen platform entry, it says "Click here to register game", then your game for this platform IS NOT registered.



If, under your chosen platform entry, it says "Click here to remove registration", then your game for this platform *IS* registered.



(And do not click to unregister it, unless, you know, you really want to unregister it.)

i registered my game the 23rd, and I haven't gotten this "downloadable content" hadn't heard of it before this... but now I'm kinda mad... needless to say never got an e-mail either
