Is bioware going to issue a patch to enable seamless DLC installation and authorization?

If you look at the top of this forum you will see two thread for a beta patch that fixes all authorization issues. For reasons that are not clear, it causes increasing load time with length of play; which is why it is still in beta. They have been working with the private beta group for months to try to sort this out.
