I'm now at the beginning of Chapter 3 and i've been doing some talking to my companions but i still have "isabella's regret" open. So i wen't to the bar & click on her but she tells some background things about booze & whatknot instead of starting a conversation.
I've tried talking to her a couple of times now & everybody around including the bad poet next to her but she just won't talk.
Isabella won't fully talk to me at the tavern

Try doing another quest, then come back and try again?

^that worked. A few hours later i had the same problem.
I needed to talk to her again after she received her boat from that merchantguy and she wouldn't start a conversation again, a few quests later she was willing to talk
