It's not exclusive customers. People that played Dragon Age (i'm not one of them) got a little reward for also purchasing and playing Mass Effect. Why CAN'T they choose to reward people who play their other games.

It's also a choice. This armor were discussing here might just be a little extra something you get for no reason. Characters are customizable, so why shouldn't they be allowed to choose something they want. Some of the armor pieces in ME2 I didn't like. The more random varieties the more people that are happy. I figure someone would enjoy running around in some sort of armored hood. That'd be awesome.

I agree. what we're talking about is not exclusivity. Exclusive stuff are things like stuff you can only get for pre-ordering this or that probably from a specific place without any hope of everybody ever getting it.

We're jsut talking abonus stuff for also playing other games and such. Which there is no harm in really. potentially everybody can have it if they choose to.

And just to say. I wasn't kidding. Some kind of semi-military western effect type thing would be interesting to me. But then keep in mind I loved Serenity.

I would have never found out about the awesomeness that is Dragon Age if I had not bought DAO because I wanted that cool looking armor I saw on the internet.

Figure it'd look pretty awesome being a Biotic and having a cannon arm shoot biotic blasts (your arm does light up when using biotics and it does leave your right hand). Would be the first armor exclusive to female Shepards. Should focus on Weapon Damage and Powers so that all classes can use it.
