I recently got a new computer, and I have no Idea how to get ME2 onto it.
I got ME2 from the free one with Dragon Age 2 if that helps.
Sorry, I just have no idea what I'm doing.

You have to download Origin (formerly EA Download Manager) from www.origin.com. Log in to the account you used to register ME2 and you can start downloading.

You will need to install Origin on your new computer, login and start the download process, provided you downloaded it through Origin. You can get Origin directly through this link:
http://store.origin.com/eadm
Once installed, login and you should see Mass Effect 2 Ready to Download.
