First of all, who's to say that the "three laws for robots" are even applicable in the ME universe? And I would probably argue that EDI would not contain them if they were, seeing how TIM loves taking risks.

And to argue about DNA is asinine. DNA is genetic code that get replicated in our bodies. Instead of DNA the Geth likely use binary or whatever advanced form of computer code the Quarians developed. Either way, both are simply CODE for how we are put together. The only difference being that the Geths code obviously does not affect their appearance as ours does.

Finally the fact that you don't understand why the heretics worshiped the reapers just shows by how far you've missed the point of the Geth. You can't look past the circuitry and see what the games have clearly shown. You're ignoring the facts, whether intentionally or accidentally, but regardless, the boat has left without you.

as for Reaper worship, you ovbiously never talked to Legion after Suicide Mission to figure that one out
Legion said that Geth are building their own future, that future being is a giant structure whith which all Geth would be able to connect together and achieved PERFECT unity, since as of now, not all Geth are capable to be together at the same time and share information
the reason for Heretic's Reaper worship, is because Soverin promissed them a reaper body, which would ultimately allow the to cut the corners to achive that unity

Then organics in the ME universe are even dumber than they are here. Any idiot would know enough to put those three laws into the code of a robot that is to possess a modicum of artificial intelligence.

And I did talk to Legion after the SM. I just interpreted "building their own future" as developing their own tech tree, and not that of the old machines.
