Nothing besides the latest group of meshes. I'm still waiting to hear back from the person checking over the files to see why things aren't working.

I haven't heard from the guy who was looking over my files for a while so I figured I should probably have a backup.
Is there anyone willing to check out my Builder package to see why weapons with new Base Item types aren't showing up?

If you don't have it resolved by Monday or Tuesday I could look at them for you. I'm currently in the process of moving and won't have my PC set up until then.

Ohh...very nice.
I'll donate my models to the cause (once I've done texturing and converting them) if you need more swords.

Lotion,
I have a large number of weapon models already completed. I'd obviously need to see the ones you're working on to make sure it fits the design aesthetic I'm aiming for, but thanks for the offer.
I'm also actively recruiting modelers and texture artists.

Looks pretty good. I would say the greatswords and the longsword (Andúril-looking sword at bottom) aren't TOO far off the design aesthetic I'm aiming for. With some tweaks they would fit pretty well. albion-swords.com is a good source for what I'm really looking for as far as swords go.

I like realistic swords myself. Great minds think alike, eh?
EDIT: I use ARMA as a source rather often. They got tons of nifty images. (Features -> Articels and Essays)

Have you been making any progress lately?
I've recently started to dabble in making custom items, but I was really discouraged by the hopelessly stupid models used in the game. Yours would make much more interesting swords for sure.

I'd recruited another forum members to help troubleshoot the problems I've been having, but I haven't heard from him since, even after a follow-up last week.

We can't have the awesomest mod yet not being released now can we? Someone with the skills should hurry up and help you (too bad that I don't know anything as I'd love to help).

I'd love to help you, but I can't even get my weapons to convert properly.
The irony.....

Yeah sorry for my absense. Took me quite a bit longer to get my stuff unpacked and set up than I'd hoped. I'll be checking out the files tomorrow to see if I can provide any assistance. I'll keep ya posted.

Nice work there, I'm glad someone has taken up the task to replace the more comical style weapons with realistic ones. Guess I don't need to do any modding myself then

Adonnay,
Your board name sounds familiar, didn't you do a bunch of weapon packs for Oblivion?

I remember your oblivion weapons mods, they rocked. If there is a way you could port over your elven blade packs to replace the awfull elven metal clubs DA has please do it. You're bastard swords would also look great instead of the default warden ones and you viking blades would make an excellent replacement for the stock dwarven ones.

I'm afraid I have very little time at hand... but I will try to convert some of the elven weapons. As for the classical weapons I think Ambaryerno does a good job here.

That's great best of luck to you, I know NewbyPower the guy who released the Natural Bodies mod, has an model import/export script if that helps.

Fair does, the replacements do look pretty sweet.
