I'd the say all of the story DLC.
Lair of the Shadow Broker
Arrival
Kasumi - Stolen Memory
And Overlord.
I assume you have Cerberus Network which has a few DLC bundled with it like Zaeed and the Arc Projector.
For gameplay, the Firepower and Aegis Pack provide some nice goodies.

Oh, and the two I wouldn't recommend are Genesis and the Equalizer Pack.

Oh, and with ME1's Bringing Down the Sky, that DLC is nice to have. It's a good challenge, but it's less clear how those events would carry into ME3 compared to ME2 DLC.Captain Cajun wrote...
Okay thanks.for your help guys.
Pinnacle Station has a couple bonuses that help with equipment, but I'd leave that as a purely optional DLC to get.
