When I check player profile it says I have 0 characters. Yet when I manage characters it says I have 1. What's going on? Btw i tried to fix it before by deleting the online data and re update the character back on.

This is more of a website issue than an Xbox issue, and as such, should probably be in the social site forum (it's way at the bottom, so a lot of people miss it). That said, linked at the bottom of every page is the site FAQ.  The most common problem I've seen for Xbox users is the gamer tag not being linked properly.  That said, even when everything is set up properly, sometimes the site doesn't update correctly.  Roughly half of my Xbox characters have no picture and my PC characters update sporadically.

Yeah...... I had created a Dwarf Male Rouge lvl 21 2 days ago, and the website still didnt update him yet.

So where can I ask web site questions, and how do I get the little symbol under my avatar that's shows what games I have?

Register your games here on the forum to get the badges/symbols. EDIT: go to 'Profile' tab to see the option.

But I got my games from xbox live games on demand, how do I put in the codes?

Ah...in which case you will need to contact EA support for them to manually do that for you. Or even a mod; I have seen in really old threads that mods did add registrations for owners here, but I don't know if they still do. If EA_AgentX sees this I'm sure they can do it for you as well.

Did you get your games though games on demand?

No. I tend to go for retail myself.
