I was wondering if BioWare does own Forgotten Realms - Baldurs Gate Trademark, :alien: if so have they thought about teaming up with Interplay so the can re-reless Forgotten Realms - Baldurs Gate: Dark Alliance 1&2 for PS3 and finish Forgotten Realms - Baldurs Gate: Dark Alliance 3 and in retern ask for 20% of the Profit scince they would only be "clearing" them using the tradmark? There are alot of poeple who want the series completed and with it being on PS3 the game will be $50-$60 for one, so without having to really do anything they could make alot.........^_^

I think Atari currently holds that license. Although I remember reading once Obsidian Entertainment still had a license for "Icewind Dale" specifically. Regardless, I doubt BioWare has any rights to develop a sequel considering they had nothing to do with the previous games.

I would like to see a BGDA3, if only to wrap the story up after BGDA2's cliffhanger. Plus I like the occasional monty haul quest. Sadly, I will be surprised if we ever see a sequel from anyone--especially BioWare.

This thread will probably be locked, since it is not technically about the "Baldur's Gate" series...

BioWare never had rights to the Forgotten Realms or D&D properties. They were licensed to develop the BG games and then NWN by the owners of those rights. The Dark Alliance games had nothing to do with BioWare so I doubt they'd have any interest in that series of games.

Seagloom is correct: the BGDA games aren't related to the PC games, so we'll close up discussion here. If you wish to discuss them, though, there is an off-topic forum which would allow you to do so.
