For me, those that didn't survive are like Ashley in my canon game. Blew to hell. Because I kept the base twice tops and I didn't lose anyone on those playthroughs..

Umm, that base got blown the **** up, along with everyone inside it, or it got preserved, but everyone inside it still died.  The collectors would need to resurrect their species (which is kind of difficult to do when they're all dead) before they could resurrect and clone anyone else.

So... No.  Not at all.

I can't see how it would work, just because of the number of variables - who died and how many of them. Not to mention I go out of my way to bring everyone home because that's the kind of person my Shepards are.
