I used to be a hardcore WoW player (not now since it's starting to lose its charm) but what the hell does World of Warcraft have to do with this game?...gtfo

Most of you guys are losers, I havent played WOW in 2 years but its comparable in many ways. The game is cool but controlling the guys is awkward. For people to throw around these types of comments is useless and unhelpful. If your going to post stupid pics of handicapped kids and throw around dumb ass language then maybe this place isnt for me. I'll just play the game and you guys can go play with yourselves!

Don't blame the game when it's your own skills and adaptability which are being questioned. If you think WoW is less frustrating, nobody is forcing you to play this game instead of WoW.

Turn of hold position. Right click ground. When not in combat turn on hold position, hold down right mouse button use WASD keys to move.

No, we're just sick of people comparing MMOs to single-player RPGs. We don't expect you to understand, this is probably your first RPG other then World of Borecraft (<this is coming from a 4 year WoW-vet).

WoW is a boring game. Never saw the 'junkie-factor' in that one. And, I'd like to ask, how exactly are they comparable? Because they both feature swords and sorcery? That's not 'comparable' that's a similarity.

I'll venture a guess and say that the OP has probably never played classic CRPGs and got game card for WoW shoved in his face mid-TBC and only has that as a reference point. =P



WoW isn't necessarily boring, I've played it since American Beta, still do, but I find myself playing less and less simply because of the direction the game has taken over the past 2/3 years or so.

Totally*!!!* different style yes. For one, You have 4 chars not one, and You can pause the game and issue orders...

In all honesty, coming from a wow ex-player: What Blizzard does DAMN well is designing and implementing very userfriendly controls that can even get would be girl gamers into their stuff (I dont mean this as an insult, but learning abstract controls to navigate in an artificial 3D-World to kill stuff usually turns off girls). Strolling wow with any class, locomotion wise, is incredebly responding, easy and thus satisfying. That does not mean that the game itself is simple, but there is a very low learning curve in moving your avatar and doing things. At least in the console version, which I started playing yesterday, I still wrestle with a grasp of the controls that would let me say "I can do it". Ok, thats partially because I dont practice much, there is so much dialogue in my playtime that I rarely get to move in combat.

Not to sound like a dick or anything but... you sound like a retard kid who sucked at WoW too First of all hunters damage was not quick. To DPS properly as a hunter was much more then most people like to pretend they know =/

And if you're crying about hunters rolling need on everything means you were pugging 5 man instances. Witch also shows that you didint see much of the game either.

This is not WoW, and while the gameplay is easier in wow than here, I prefer it here, because you actually need to think when you fight. I'm just going to guess, but you havn't changed the key settings, have you? When I started playing I noticed I walked around with q-w-e, and turned around with a and d. You can simply change that...
