Well I just finished Dragon Age 2 and when I go to load my post game save ...it does the scene at the end where I'm fighting Meredith. I go through the scene and where the battle starts my game freezes. I tried exiting and starting the game over and loading the post-game again and it still does it. At this rate I can't play my post-game save and will have to play all over again?!

Your post-game save should be at the Hawke mansion...are you loading a save you created, or the autosave your 360 should have created that's labeled something like "Post Game Save"?
