I don't see any of my updates appearing on the Recent Activity page. I checked my privacy settings, they allow stuff like status updates, replying to posts and the like, plus a number of "game progress" items. While I understand that updates from the game still take a while to appear on the site, updating my status (in my site profile, not the player profile from the game!) should be visible in Recent Activity. Any ideas why it isn't, and has anyone else noticed this?

Your profile is set to friends only (or something more restricting). Since you're not your own friend, your status changes do not show up. If you make it public they will. I saw this mentioned elsewhere last night but forgot to report it.

Strangely enough, the new post did finally appear in the feed, although with a latency of more than an hour. Status changes are still invisible, though. Thanks for the hint about the "friends only"setting, though, I'll try that.

Edit: Tried it, and it worked. Thanks again - though it does seem a bit strange that I'd have to be my own friend to see my updates

I believe it's an oversight. It didn't used to be that way.
