My boyfriend just downloaded Arrival for me the other day since it was on sale for Gold members, but when I signed in to play on my tag it told me all the DLC was corrupt. I called Microsoft, and all they told me to do was to delete and re-download it. It let me play Arrival for a little bit, but when I tried to load my game today, it said it couldn't because all my DLC was missing. Can someone please help me? The liscence on the DLC should be covering me since we're on the same console, right? This happened with the first Dragon Age as well.

When you play are you offline or online?
If offline then it's possible that your boyfriend's Gamertag needs to be recovered. By doing that it should allow anyone on the same console to use his purchased dlc.
Others have suggested (fairly recently) a temporary fix of having his Gamertag active and you should be able to access the dlc. Not sure if that's for offline or online though I confess.

Have him signed in on a second controller than disconnect it at dashboard and then start the game I do this all the time to use my cousin's Cerberus Network and all the DLCs included.
