You've also just reminded me of that other time Gmag got banned recently; for asking in the Miranda thread whether her sweat tasted like Sprite.

I've been in the Miranda thread a few times.  They don't have much of a sense of humor.  Well, maybe they do, but they can't stand to lampoon Miranda or their own fandom of her.

At least the ones I talked to, anyway.

Seriously, if you can't poke a little fun at yourself or the things you love, what's the point?

But back to Prothy.  I'm just going to throw it out there and say that I hope he has little samurai sandals like he does in the concept art.  Because toe socks are adorable.

Ugh.  I hate fandom fights.  We're all here because we like Mass Effect--it's not like we need to seperate over some silly detail, like how I like one character better than another...

I don't know; I try not to take things not too seriously myself (which has led to several blows from Woo's banhammer, regretably, including a week-long one for spamming ponies in an anti-s/s thread<_<).

See, sometimes the mods lack a sense of humor, too.  The first time I was ever banned, it was from posting a link to this video under the promise that it was leaked ME3 footage.

Sounds good for sure. Although I hope he has multiple outfits (all the squadmates are supposed to, right?) so we can change it up.

Me too, but I place high priority on toe socks.

That video is amazing! I can't believe you got banned for that.

Then again, it seems like almost everybody I know on the BSN has had at least one ridiculous and undeserved ban, so I'm not really all that surprised.

I can tell you the TOR forums are far, far worse.  Amazingly.  I really want to see Prothy in action, though.  Hear his voice, see how he interacts with the crew (or...not...as the case may be).
