He might be DLC after all as the 1st day DLC is called "From Dust".

It sounds like he's an integral part of the storyline, so he might not be DLC.

I was asking to fill the page up with info. And with  photos of Arcian the Prophet. and LTiberious the visionary

The wiki is a source of information about the lore used by many, and shouldn't be a spoiler minefield. Really, the presence of that page is very inconsiderate. Now, do we know if that page was made by some random guy, or the officials over at the site? If it was just some dude who felt like trolling the masses by spoiling a huge chunk of the game, then it would be appropriate to take it down.
