Those were Alliance soldiers in helmets.

I should know... cause I didn't spot a single damn alien anywhere in that trailer. <_<

Oh God Oh God here we go. Who said we wouldn't get to 200 pages? BAM, official picture right theeeere.

Only decision now is whether to purchase the CE or just download him later. I needed to buy some MS points anyway, and I don't really care about the weapons and appearances and that robo-dog. The metallic box the game comes in, on the other hand... I'm gonna miss that. Well, not so much since I really hate Shepard's picture on it. And the art book, would miss that too.

I can't believe how Prothy has become the focus of my excitement for ME3, over all the things I was excited for before. Right now I feel like I only care about Prothy...

Exactly. That was kind of the vibe I got from the trailer. Pretty cool, but it just didn't feel like ME.

Really? I always found the humans more interesting than the aliens with the exception of Wrex, Mordin and Samara. I do love me some Grunt, but his story and conversations leave much to be desired.

I think that, putting aside the squadmates, it's the story itself that it'd would have been weaker without the alien races, at least in my opinion.

I can see that, say, he could be an integral part of the plot, BUT, if you purchase the DLC (which everyone will no matter how much they whine) you'll get a huge mission with him, and him as a permanent squadmate whom you can have proper conversations with (Cough* Kasumi and Zaeed *Cough).

However, I still hold that he could be entirely DLC.
Either way it doesn't matter since I got the Collector's Edition on the bag.

No, no, no, you are all doing it wrong. Also, since it appears his dialog and people's reactions to him are in the main games files (the demo at least). That may mean the 600 mb (?) sized download doesn't include that. Making his part in the game (and recruitment mission?) bigger than many expect.

Most of my favorite males are alien, but most of my favorite females are human, so... I are confused cat, this are confused post. /shrug

I didn't like the CG trailer, but I don't tend to like any of those, so no big.

Don't get me wrong, I love Prothy's design, but I can't get over his four eyes because the Collectors had four eyes. I thought the Reapers usually added a second pair of eyes to the indoctrinated species, as seen with the husks.
