We don't what two "regular" biotic powers he's getting (Throw? Pull? Shockwave?), but Javik does get Slam and Dark Channel (no Reave, that goes to Kaidan), and his class passive is called "Vengeful Ancient".

based on the description, it's as if a faster damage over time version of Warp and Chain Overload had a baby

(meaning: it does continual damage to the target and if the target dies before the move's effect finishes, it jumps to the nearest target and affects them)

My favorite Mess Perfect comic was when Liara was in a necbrace and Shepard had a black eye.

And now that I am thinking about it, wouldn't the Prothean (or Javik, to some) find the Krogan to be p...actually, he'd likely find all of the galaxy's current species primitive.
