So did you guys hear that PC players get ME3 a day early?

WHAAAAT!? how come!? And I gotta wait (and hope) that my PS3 N7 edition gets delivered on the 9th....NOT FAIR. (I'll end up owning ME3 on all platforms like ME2 and ME1 though)

It has something to do with using a VPN to trick Origin into thinking you're in a timezone hours ahead. European people get to play on the 6th instead of the 9th also..

What website did you order from?

I had to re-order at amazon.co.uk and they are pretty good with sending my items a day early or usually on the day of release.

But yes, completely NOT FAIR! Everyone else can have a swell good time while everyone in Europe has to wait three extra days. #firstworldproblems

I ended up going with Zavvi.co.uk just because Amazon never delivered my Skyrim and I had to get a refund. It kinda soured the whole amazon experience for me, though they have been pretty good with deliveries lately.

Now back to Javik. About Particle Rifle.

That weapon is Remind's me with Link Gun from Unreal Tournament, but this one is not straight line laser instead looks like dirty line beam combined with 'DNA eraser' like effect (Well dunno how to describe it)

and I'm PC user or ME,so i will play the game a bit early guess. I'm from Indonesia anyway.

Oh yeah Javik name Reminds me with my own sub-race and culture from Indonesia called. Java

or maybe Reikjavik.

Niice. There's a few scores I found in the game files that I think would be great for Javik. There's also quite a few ME1 songs in there... During the N7 missions especially.

So the DLC weapon implies that prothy can use ARs. Does anyone know what his 2nd weapon is, or are we still guessing at this point?

All squadmates can use all guns as far as I know. I will equip my Javik with a Disciple though.

can i ask about weapon?

When we equip weapon with mod, does the modification show in squadmate ?

example if i want to Mod my Avenger and the color is red, does the color sign show in squadmate weapon also?

for anyone who already play earlier, i ask.

And i hope Javik has much explanation about how he ended up being in Eden Prime

Hmmm or maybe all the Prothean Beacon actually placed in the planet where all prothean sleep.

Maybe in Virmire there is prothean there but yeah, Shepard blow up thing so maybe the prothean Dead Already.

Actually, I'm not too sure about that. After seeing some gameplay videos, I think that squaddies may still be restricted to a set two weapons. Though, it isn't inconclusive, without it in my hands, It's difficult to tell if there would be a way to get them on other guns.

This is also true. I know it applies to Shepard... And Javik is seen weilding the DIsciple in the From Ashes Gamestop promo... Hence my comment. I hope they can weild any weapon.

I wasn't disputing that. Simply unsure if you can choose which two types of weapons they can carry .

I know right?! I know Shep is no longer limited... I.E. Vanguard can carry assault rifles now like in multiplayer but I would love to know if squaddies have the same rules now. 

EDIT: Javik has been pictured weilding the Disciple (shotgun) and the Particle Rifle (assault rifle). Either way I would assume he can utilize these two types of weapons barring false adertisement.

Hey, the forum is back!

I made some preparatory sketches, just to get a hang of the proportions and details.

I learned a few things in the process:

1 - His feet are really cute. I think I'm going to like drawing his legs and feet.
2 - The shape and proportion of that head will drive me crazy. It turned out to be more complicated than I thought.
3 - The texture on his head looks like dry leaves and I love it.
4 -  The eyes don't freak me out so much anymore.
5 -  Objectively speaking? I don't know how the f*ck I can find a freaky face like his so damn attractive. I hadn't noticed until now how weird the proportions really are. But my mind disregards all that and jumps to the "Javik --> Handsome" conclusion every single time.

...and for that, I am grateful.
