Just popping in to say that I liked Javik from the start. Even though he was kinda mean to everyone, I could totally see the reason why. Anyone would be irked in the situation he landed in, being the last of his kind and with everything he's seen. I've seen some more banter between him and others... (the joke he played on Vega and that laugh o.o ) and uhm, I've actually started liking him so much to wonder how it'd be had he been a LI.
Funny how only the aliens are interesting enough for me. xD
Great voice, great art, great character that for once doesn't just agree with Shepard in everything.

Ohh, I really want the ME3 datapad app but apparently it's only avaliable in the US? The one where Javik gets cut off because of limited characters made me laugh. Limited characters are rage-inducing.

Heh, I just downloaded it. Thing is I had to do it through my mum's iPhone so she'd be the one getting the updates... I don't know whether I should laugh or cry at that fact but oh well, I'll be checking it daily.

You should get the updates if you sign in with the Origin account your GT/Psn/ID is linked to.
I think the updates happen after every big mission like the dialog, but I'm not sure.

great pic! Btw I don't understand BioWare: they all see that most of us are into aliens: Garrus or Tali or Thane (or Liara - but she looks mostly human). They changed them into LIs in ME2, as requested. So... when they gave us another fantastic, great, awesome male alien (with a purring voice, I might add) in ME3 why didn't they make him LI?

Is there anyway to convince javik not to kill himself I heard if he does not access the shard he will want to see tomorrow. it is all very confusing I thought javik would feel better after using the shard but apparently it is quite the opposite.

Well, when conversation is about the shard you just have to stop him from using it. That's all.
It's not confusing. After he uses it he remembers pain and death of people he knew, re-live the extinction of his civilization.

I might have him access the shard my second playthrough becuase i am interested to see it for myself, planning to switch my party up alot more this time than i did in my first playthrough with the LI of that play being the only character i dont change up.

2) I hope that picture does not precede many more Javik/RandomWoman pictures. I'm not a fan of that kind of fanart. I mean, should I like seeing my favorite character make out with some strange female? (And one drawn in animu style, no less, eurgh.)
If I draw any romantic fanart with Javik it'll be either him alone, or with the default male Shepard. That should balance things out a bit if they get ugly!

That's the swarm thing, right? It's true, I hadn't thought of that. But he himself glows blue.
Also, his "Black/gold" armor is not really black, is more like a dark, earthy color. Which I think looks even better. But my favorite is still the red.
