I think it's the Destroyer's girlfriend on Tuchanka.^_^
About the Prothean, do we know if he's still a content for the N7 Edition or if he'll be added to the main game. Not that I care, since I'll preordered it, only to know.

It's looking increasingly more likely that he is, in fact, the DLC squaddie. And it's also looking increasingly more likely that said DLC is not exclusive to the N7 Edition, merely included in it.

Any hints as to Prothy's name?

Wouldn't surprise me at this point... it's not like BioWare hasn't lied about the content of DLC after it's info gets leaked earlier than they intended.

It was never even suggested it would exclusive to CE. He's gonna come free with Alliance News Network just like Zaeed did and obviously all new copies will have it, no matter CE or SE.

Shame.

Now everyone can't enjoy this handsome beast. Or is it just beast, I can't tell.

Considering it's practically granted he will be available in every new copy, the majority of players will experience Prothy.

Prothy: "Back in my cycle, we used to call these things 'rape worms' because of their violent sexual behaviour. And this is their mother, violating a reaper destroyer?"
Shepard: "When you put it that way... ."
Grunt: "Nice. That's my kind of woman."
Garrus: "Her reach greatly exceeds mine. That is... discomforting, to say the least, should she ever come close to us."
Liara: "My people are accustomed to witnessing and... engaging, on occasion, in unusual sexual practices, but this is too much just to watch."
Vega: "I hear Thresher flesh is a delicacy, though I strongly suspect the reaper misinterpreted what people meant with it."
EDI: "My estimates is that the resonance from the reaper's primary weapon is what is attracting the thresher maw matriarch. The reaper is singing a love song to her, and it is not even aware."
Wrex: "Give me three days, a Graal and a two pairs of working testicles and I'll take this b!tch down. Just you watch."
Joker: "Okay, which of you geniuses set the thumper to Barry White?"
Legion: "Intercourse with an organic being of this size and physical strength comes with a high statistical probability of death. The reaper, though robust, will not survive the encounter if it is prolonged."
Thane: "Normally I would consider 'death by sex' to be a relatively peaceful way to pass on, but not like this."
Samara: "She is no different from the sexual predators I have encountered in my days as a Justicar. Aside from her size and obvious animal instincts, of course. Good that her victim deserves it."
Ashley: "Am I the only one who is dreading to see what their kids would look like?"
Kaidan: "Is... is the thresher moaning? Why does it sound like a colony of pyjaks being strangled simultaneously?"
Kasumi: "I've seen stuff like this in japanese adult animation from time to time. N-not that I actively search for it, mind you..."
Zaeed: "Ah, this takes me back..."
Tali: "This reminds me, and not in a good way, about a couple of hanar-quarian vids I've wa-uh, forget I said anything."
Mordin: "Thresher maw and reaper sexual relations? Unexpected. Acid burns an inevitability. Shields cannot repel corrosives of that magnitude. No known acid countermeasures. Successful post-sex rehabilitation for reaper *sniff*... unlikely."
Miranda: "Why are we even commenting on this?"
Jacob: "It's like a trainwreck - you want to look away, but you can't. You just can't."
The Illusive Man: "My body is ready." *rapeface*

And that, kids, is the story of how ME3 got its "Partial Nudity" rating.

Why do you think that? I think he (?)  looks too much integrated into the plot to be a DLC character.

It wasn't until the ME2 squadmates that I realized it, because I could actually see Shepard and team just... watching from a far away bridge.

I'd rather name him Monday given that it's a universal "grumpy day".

That was my initial interpretation as well, but apparently he can be killed through player choice when first encountered, with little to no consequence on the main story. The only thing you really lose is a deep, deep insight into his people and the former cycle, and, you know, a flippin' prothean squadmate to kick the asses of your enemies.

Then again, making a DLC in which you can kill off 50-80% of its content early on makes little sense. I personally hope they have made him baseline so they can free up a squadspot for a FemTurian, batarian or something.

Much later, the team on Ilos receives word that the invaders emerged from the Citadel rather from the edge of the galaxy, which gives them the clue that "Hey, that signal frequency we found embedded in keeper genetic material? That must be what triggered the station's secondary function." So they go to sleep, wake up 300 years later and spend a few decades cracking the method behind altering the keeper frequency. They then use the Conduit to get on the Citadel to put this method to use, and after that we have no idea what happened to them.

The Protheans suddenly strikes me as doomed to irony.

If the Protheans had fought less diligently, then enough of the Illos scientists might have survived to, well, have a viable breeding population, fix the Citadel, and carry out the 'we are your gods' plan. In a sense, it was their own strength and ruthlessness that let them last so many centuries... during which their brightest minds and only safe population died in their pods.

Anything C.E should be exclusive only to C.E that what I think. You pay extra for the edition, it should be kept exclusive. I'm glad it been annoyed, hope confirmed.

The Protheans are they mono-gendered also or no?
